Background
The idea of being part of the real estate industry was always been a dream of mine, having the right connections allowed me to create my own firm focused on Luxury Real estate, Having two great partners, My lawyer and My very best friend real estate realtor to manage the appointments and negotiations with the clients.
Having a really clear concept on what i was looking for i created the brand identity, website and content for the properties in less than a month.
Goal and Objectives
knowing on a surface level how good the panama real estate market is getting and also being really close to the owners of the first mansions for sale, my first objective was to understand the market doing keyword analysis, audience insights, analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior with multiple tools.
Create google ads campaigns and optimize to access all data related to campaign performance, ad groups, keywords, audience demographics, devices and geographic locations.
Having as our goal having multiple leads, house showcasing per week and selling the houses by the end of the year.

Description
Google ads campaings have been optimized from each angle, audience income to geographic locations going from 70-90 clics and average 0.5 conversion (form filled) to 15-30 clics on average 1.2 per day. Since our main target is foreigners theres only been a few house showcases, but a lot on back and forth from leads getting us closer to our goal.
Our social media works more of a showcase portfolio and soon I will start the social media ads to increase and test the quality and quantity of leads.
